USES - Don't use if pouch inside is damaged or open Store in a clean and dry place away from sulight 1. Take 200ml of hot or cold mild or water. Add 3 heaped teaspoonfulls (27g) of Horlicks. 2. Stir quickly to mix well, Add a little sugar if required.
