Product Details Bismuthum metallicum Dilution Bismuthum is the precipitated sub-nitrate of Bismuth, a very important remedy in homeopathy which acts on the inner linings of the digestive tract producing irritable states. Good for vomiting even when the slightest amount of water is taken. All fluids are vomited out. Burning and pain in stomach region, digestion is slow with foul burps. Tongue is white coated, burping after drinking. Loose motions that are painless , with a lot of thirst for cold drinks. Cramps in the feet , hands with weakness. Good remedy for swollen gums, toothache which is better when cold water is kept in mouth. Headache and stomach pain alternate each other.
