INGREDIENTS: Oats 1/2 cup, 1 tsp Mustard seeds, 1 large Onion finely chopped, 1 tsp Chana Dal (Bengal Gram), 1 large tomato finely chopped, 1 tsp Urad Dal (Black gram dal), Mixed Vegetables (peas, beans, Carrots, Capsicum, Cabbage, etc.) 1/4 cup each, 8-10 Curry leaves,1/4 tsp Red chilli powder 1/2 inch piece ginger shredded,Hing (Asafoetida) powder 2 pinches, Garlic chopped 2 cloves, Water 2 cups, 2 Green chillies slit lenghtwise, 1 tbsp Oil, Coriander leaves chopped, Salt to taste, 1 lemon (optional)
USES: Don't use if pouch is damaged or open.
Store is a clean & dry place away from sunlight.
1. Take half a cup of Horlicks Oats (35g)
2. Boil for approx. 3 minutes with 1 large glass of skimmed mild
(2.30ml approx.)
3. Add little sugar if required and serve hot with a garnish of fresh
fruits and nuts.
