HAIR FALL

HAIR FALL:

Hair fall is a loss of hair from part of the head.
CAUSES OF HAIR FALL:
STRESS CAUSES HAIR FALL:

One of the main reasons is that stress, through a convoluted route, can increase your body’s production of adrenaline. This can then be converted into cholesterol, which is capable of raising your body’s levels of testosterone. Testosterone is a male hormone (androgen) that has huge implications on hair growth, frequently causing hair loss and/or thinning in people who have follicles sensitive to circulating levels. However, too-high levels can also impact the hair growth cycle, especially in women.

DANDRUFF CAUSES HAIR FALL:

People who has dandruff their scalp becmes crusty, red, and raw in the areas where seborrhea (excessive discharge of sebum from the sebaceous glands) is getting worse. If this happens, seborrhea can cause the scalp to itch. In very rare cases, seborrhea may cause hair loss .Lost hair will grow back once seborrhea is treated.

POLLUTION CAUSES HAIR FALL:

Air pollution including particulate matter, dust, smoke, nickel, lead and arsenic, sulfur dioxide nitrogen dioxide, ammonia and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) which settle on the scalp and hair. The pollutants migrate into the dermis (the thick layer of living tissue below the epidermis which forms the true skin, containing blood capillaries, nerve endings, sweat glands, hair follicles, and other structures), transepidermally and through the hair follicle conduit, leading to oxidative stress and hair loss.

OTHER CAUSES:
Childbirth

When a women after delivers her baby, many hairs enter the resting stage of the hair cycle. Within two to three months after delivery, some women may see large amounts of hair coming out in their brushes and combs. This condition usually corrects itself.

High fever, severe infection, flu:

After a person has a high fever or a severe infection or flu, he or she may be shocked to see a lot of hair falling out. This condition usually corrects itself but it may require treatment.
